There are alternatives to litigation, and we represents client in both mediation and arbitration proceedings. A referral to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is regularly a part of a Case Management Order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri and other state and federal courts and tribunals.

We have participated in mediations and handled arbitrations for employment, commercial, real estate and corporate disputes.
